• Inspection: You must inspect equipment upon delivery and note any damage on the bill of lading.

• Title Transfer: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Equipment warranties vary by manufacturer and product:

• New Equipment: Covered by manufacturer's warranty. Terms vary by manufacturer.
• Used Equipment: Sold "as-is" with no warranty unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Implied Warranties: To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranty Claims: Must be made directly to the manufacturer according to their procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of equipment purchased from us.
• Our total liability for any claims related to equipment shall not exceed the purchase price of that equipment.
• We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from improper operation, maintenance, or modification of equipment.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
